More than 100 years ago the Avon founder David H. McConnell started this company. Funny back then the Avon company was a California Perfume Company. Even back than the Avon slogan, “Success Without Limits” still holds strong.

McConnell would more than likely be very proud of the company he spawn, now a probably the most famous MLM / network marketing company today.

To be honest I’m not 100% sure of what the www.Avon.com compensation pay plan is. For this reason I will be keeping the comment section open.

My hope is that an Avon representative can come by and fill in the blanks for the pay plan Avon offers.

I would think that Avon representatives will make some sort of commission for the products they sell. I would think there would be a tiered systems, where the commissions will increase with the total volume of products the reps sell from www.Avon.com

As will all Internet Network Marketing Businesses, MLM, Direct sales (Whatever you want to call it, they all boil down to the same business model) it’s also a tiered recruiting system.

A second goal of Avon reps would be to recruit new Avon representatives to sell the Avon products. This would be another stream of income for Avon.com reps, beyond just selling the products themselves.

This way representatives could leverage other people. My guess is that an Avon representative would make a small commission from sales that the reps that they bring in, very similar to all product network marketing company.

Again, I am not 100% positive of the pay-plan structure, but my bet is that I’m extremely close.

It’s really none of these things I mentioned above. Though, the perks of being a successful Internet Network Marketer, MLMer, or a work from home entrepreneur, are wonderful, it’s not the reasons why you’ll never see a depressed entrepreneur…

I feel so blessed to finally have the life I’ve known I’ve deserved, but it wasn’t always like this…

I did live paycheck to paycheck…

I did work behind a cubical 50 hours a week…

And WORST OF ALL I NEVER SAW MY FAMILY…

But, I am an entrepreneur at heart, and I’ve ALWAYS known this.

You see some of the most successful entrepreneur today – Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, and Frank Kern – have all gone broke (some of them many times over) and still managed to come from behind and create MILLIONS and in some cases BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM NOTHING!

All of this is because they truly believed in themselves. They knew what was possibly and they took MASSIVE ACTION to make it work.

In the Internet Network Marketing Business, as entrepreneurs, we cannot sit back and wonder why something isn’t working. EVERY negative thought in our heads must be erased.

From what I can see, wwwMarketAmericacom is nothing more than a 3rd party site that sells products. The term MarketAmerica likes to use is “Product Brokerage.” Simply put it, it just means that MarketAmericaCom is a “Product Middleman.” Meaning if any sort of sale is made through the site, the website owner or distributor will make an affiliated commission for the sale.

This does include all “Featured Partners.” You see, places like Walmart and BestBuy will pay you a certain percentage for sending Internet Traffic to their site. You can think of it as just advertising cost.

This in itself is nothing new, this type of business model has been around since the birth of the Internet.

Currently Market America’s top selling products are all “in-house” products or product made specifically for MarketAmerica:

Regardless boasting partnership with big name corporations is a great marketing tactic!

The Market America Business Opportunity

I’ve heard that distributors will tell you Market America has taken the best of the network marketing, direct sales, home-based business industry, but when it comes down to it, it’s still a multi-level recruiting business model.

Personally I have seen MA’s sales plan, payment compensation plan, and business opportunity and it looks to be a very appealing. I see nothing wrong with it, and I know it to be a very ligament business opportunity. I personally know distibuter who make a very luxurious living in the business.

Many are saying that MA is just like Amway, and really the founder James Ridinger came from Amway back in 1992, so I can see the similarity of the two companies

The Market America Business is known for being an “Unfranchise” business. I actually think it’s coined by James Ridinger himself, but what they mean is that it’s very similar to a franchise, in that you can acquire your online store and become a product brokerage business, but you don’t have all the fees and overhead associated with a traditional brink and mortar franchise.
