Jonathan Budd is a in fact a great leader and I respect him. However, when I watch some of his videos I get extremely frusturated because he can sometimes drag things out. He needs to be more concise and to the point, thus, making shorter videos. I mean sometimes he would have these 10 minute videos that just go on and on and on about one thing. All he has to do is deliver the message and explain a little about it. If our time iss so important to him, he would take this message to heart.
