i guess it falls on me to clarify your claims. First of all, MLM does not pay you per hour, therefore a lot of hours you invest are potentially worth money (say if you had a real job).
Second of all, to join MLM you need to invest money and buy the product to be able to show people and even to buy the product for yourself and for samples.
Therefore, when you give it out a bunch of samples (like every distributor has to do to show people) and at the same time are spending a lot of time organizing, that totals quit a bit of time and money lost if you cant sign up people and dont have the training.. think about that
rivenfire you have big problems organizing your sentences im sorry to tell you this but this is not understandable
“A job if your goal is financial insecurity. A job is insufficient if your job is financial security.”
you are saying a job is good if your goal is financial insecurity but then that the job is insufficient if it iS financial security??
This is a great example of the abuse MLM does.
Recruiting you must have been easy Rivenfire..
And I wont even mention your third point vivabiz because a claim such as” 90% of people that have jobs lose tens of thousands of dollars because of that job” is absolutely ridiculous and i couldnt even imagine trying to think of even 1 way you lose money when you are working for someone for a pay.. how does the money per hour your making become a negative tens of thousands of dollars… please explain?
sorry for not being explicitly clear Mookie. What i meant by the “goal” of financial security versus insecurity was more of long term view. Based on the bureau of labor’s own statistics of the people in this country who began working at at least age 25: 1 is wealth, 4 have enough money to retire and 63 depend on social security or charity and 29 are deceased. So again i apologize for not stating what i meant by “goal”. In my opinion traditional jobs do not offer long term security for most.
By the way i’d like to add this people who are actually trying to evaluate the network marketing aka MultiLevelMarketing industry objectively. Some of the people commenting here have failed at it, and some people have succeeded. Who would you take your advice from if you wanted to evaluate an industry?
Very, very good video. Thank you, this is crucial to understand ! ! !
I didn’t say people who WORK FOR someone else like a JOB. I said people who start their own business. In a JOB you have invested NOTHING and are just a spoke in someone else’s wheel. You are working to make someone else rich. Unless you have your own business you will NEVER be wealthy and you will never “Own Your Own Life” because you are tied to hours and getting paid
“linear income” as you trade your time for dollars.
@Successteamstory This is a great video… this guy is right,,,..
but with my program even the newbies do well…check out my vid on ID power team
Based on comments below I sense there needs to be a differentiation between a having job that pays per hour and owning a business.
The story was told of 2 men given the task of providing water to the village.
One was quite happy to make several trips per day carrying 2 buckets each trip. (How much water could he humanly take each day?).
The other built a pipe that lead from the river to the town and put a metre on it so people would have to pay each time they needed water.
The second man did two things
Firstly he saw an opportunity, the other man didn’t
Secondly he sat down and planned what he was going to do in order to do the work once but get paid over and over. The other man didn’t.
The same applies to MLM
So true, VivaBiz!
This was an excellent analogy of MLM and golf. Thanks for making this video.
This is the best analysis of mlm (network marketing) I’ve ever seen. All the “no’s” we get from ill-informed, ignorant people, should watch this…yet again…they would probably still say mlm is a scam and it doesn’t work. I’d like to ask all those people, how is their current job workin for them? Are they happy? Can they travel? Do they have the things they want in life? Do they have their FREEDOM? I think it’s “gut-check” time people.
99.999% of people claim you should eat food. Of course, you should do the opposite because 100% people who eat food eventually die!
Tim that was by far the best analogy I have ever heard and by the way I love golf. don’t give up lol thank you
MLM is nothing more than a pyramid scheme that focuses on selling a crappy product to friends and family of the employee rather than the employee them self. thats what makes this legal.
Its usually a crappy product that can’t sell otherwise.
Heres an idea, start selling a product that DOESN’T need MLM to sell.
Fail!
Great Video! What a way to put it! Getting Rich In MLM IS possible! You just have to know how to do it!

Great comparison using Gold as an analogy! Failure vs quitting….loved the Video!
Great analogy, but I guess you could say the same thing about robbing banks
Training is important. However 100% payout is hard to beat or should I say compare.
