For Nutrisearch you can read my other response. Unless you have something new to say about it I wouldn’t bother trying to use it to strengthen your case. I know USANA is a publicly traded stock. Thats how the officers are taking money out of the company. Forbes also published an article – HARD TO SWALLOW. Google it.
Minkow already demonstrated that there was truth to what he was saying. USANA failed to win on any claim they brought against him. They dropped their slander lawsuit, failed to prove he lied about their products and pretty much failed at everything. The only thing that was left was the stock manipulation charge which they did nothing with. If USANA had Minkow, why’s he not behind bars right now? Why was there no public apology from Minkow to USANA? Lol, keep living in your dream world.

USANA is a product based pyramid scheme. Look it up. I shorten it to pyramid scheme because there’ a character limit. Try to find something new to bring to my attention. You’re rehashing all the same old arguments.

How do you know how much monkey Minkow would have gotten in the settlement? How could he have gotten more money if he had just moved forward with the lawsuit?
Minkow backed off without apology. If USANA had him against a wall they would have held out for a retraction. Instead we have USANA sitting on a charge showing no indication they’re going to do anything with it and Minkow just stopping. I’m not claiming I know what happened but to me logic would dictate he was bought off.
To all USANA supporters: You can tell if something is gaining ground, creating waves, and succeeding by the organized opposition formed to defeat it. There clearly is an organized assualt on what USANA is and represents in today’s economy. USANA is a threat to the pharmaceautical industry and others, so don’t sweat it. The more noise thay make online, Facebook, etc only demonstrates that USANA is succeeding and that they are more and more desperate.

HGMercury, you keep saying USANA is based on pyramid scheme but can you tell me is there any firm that’s not established in the form of a pyramid? In a company, you have a boss, CEO, manager, a couple of supervisors and other members of staff. Aren’t they all working for somebody above them in one way or another? If the company stops to recruit people, how will it function?
In addition, I don’t think USANAs products are overpriced at all, i’ve been taking their Essentials for about a year(priced at AUD$75 for 224 tablets) and say if i take 8 a day, it only works out to be <$3 a day – not even enough to buy a cup of coffee here. It works out to be even cheaper if i purchase the supplements in packages. Unless you can recommend a nutritional brand that is cheaper, right in every way and has potency guarantees like USANA
otherwise i’m sticking with USANA and so should everyone else if they don’t want to leave their health to chance!

Ppl who distrubrute USANA have to like the product first. My family friend does usana, and if she dosent like the product she dosent recommend it. Although, there are always ppl out there who arent as nice as othters, and will rip you off. Even, just making fake usana tablets. Alright, USANA is wonderful, and it’s awesome. Altough doing the pyrimid thing is hard, dropping distributors dosent mean that the people who believe and consume USANA have decreased in numbers.
Have you gone to Whole Foods or a quality vitamin store and compared prices? You will find people spending a couple of hundred a month easily. The price is high compared to grocery store brands, but you get what you pay for. I have experienced the difference.
No they don’t but I would imagine many of them get caught up in the hype. Almost all of the Distributors will drop out after a year and also quit taking the products. If they actually liked the products they would continue to buy them but they don’t.
You do get what you pay for and what you’re paying for is a pyramid scheme.

it doesnt do shit, and you are born with a certain amount of muscles, they just get bigger. There is no such thing as “incresing muscles”, and to answer that question, to increase muscle size its as simple as lifting weights and eating correctly, you dont need a magical pill to get bigger, unless you’re taking some sort of anabolic steroid but even then you still have to put hours and hard work in the gym to see results, there is really no short cut.
